Reservation Procedure/Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be made by telephone or email and a deposit is required in order to confirm the booking.  We accept cheques, cash and credit cards. A 3% surcharge is added to payments made by credit cards and non UK debit cards.  There is no surcharge for payments made with a UK debit card. 

Making a booking, either verbally or in writing is a legal contract, which both parties must honour.  If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your booking, than we would be grateful for as much notice as possible.  However, any advance deposit paid will only be refunded if the accommodation is re-let.  Normally any cancellations under 24 hours notice the full rate will be charged.

Rooms can be made available from 5:00 pm. Late arrivals should please let us know in advance.  Under normal circumstances we would ask you to please vacate your room by 10.00 am.
